In the clinical lab science print advertisement design competition, the Labs are Vital judges have decided to name two winners and award them both $1,000 scholarships: Ria Crane from Irvine, Calif., and Christelle Miot, from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Mich. Many of Christelle’s fellow students at Andrews were unable to vote even once because of an incompatibility between the university’s server and the security method used to limit one vote per person per day. The number of rejected votes was substantial, so our judges decided it was only fair to award both Ria and Christelle first prize scholarships.
